Name Description GearBox: The radial bearing adopts NSK, INA, SKF and other international famous brands, the key gear adopts hard tooth surface design (tooth surface hardness up to HRC58-62), grinding precision 6; It is recommended to install safety coupling;Nitriding treatment, high hardness and corrosion resistance, suitable for common conditions
Shaft: Adopt 40CrNiMoA, WR15E or the material of customer requirements, after finishing requirements of quenching and tempering treatment, involute spline refer to GB3478 or DIN 5480, before assembly requirements of vertical suspension; Screw Elements: The Do/Di diameter ratio of Screw elements is ~1.55 or ~1.8 ; Temperature control: Adopt Dual channel PID temperature control system; Electrical control system: Meter control system, PLC control system or PLC+Meter control system, customer can choice flexible by themself. · Can be customized according to customers sample of mapping equipment.
