Shaft: Adopt WR15E or the material of customer requirements, after finishing requirements of quenching and tempering treatment, involute spline refer to GB3478 or DIN 5480, before assembly requirements of vertical suspension; Screw Elements: The Do/Di diameter ratio of Screw elements is ~1.55 or ~1.65 ; Temperature control: Adopt Dual channel PID temperature control system; Electrical control system: Meter control system, PLC control system or PLC+Meter control system, customer can choice flexible by themself. · Can be customized according to customers sample of mapping equipment.
