Materials: The basic material of water tank is 304 stainless steel; Special anticorrosion requirements are 316L stainless steel or other anticorrosive materials; Water pipe: The basic requirements of the water inlet and outlet main pipe are that the diameter of the return pipe is larger than the inlet pipe. It is necessary to pay attention to the potential safety hazards of high temperature and high pressure in the outlet pipe. The outlet pipe is usually required to be equipped with a one-way valve; ; Requirements for water inlet pipes for heat exchangers: When the temperature of the extruder cannot drop in the daily production, the customer often ignores the blockage of the inlet pipe of the heat exchanger.
