Materials & Properties:

Material	Description
Cast aluminum heater:	It can reach 3-4.5W /cm², easy to deform when heated at high temperature;
Cast copper heater:	Can reach 5-8W /cm², high heating efficiency ;
Cast iron heater:	Can reach 7-12W /cm², high temperature resistance, But the thermal conductivity is not better than copper - aluminum heater;

· The size of heater should be processed according to the size of extruder barrel.
